and services. Before using the app, please carefully read and understand this policy. By confirming your
full understanding and agreement, you can use our products or services. Once you start using Ognee's
products and services, it means you fully understand and agree to this policy, and you agree that we
will collect, use, store, and share your information according to this policy. We hope to explain
through this privacy policy how we collect, process, and use information, and what measures you can take
to protect your privacy.
This privacy policy sets out how Ognee Technology, LLC and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred
to as "Ognee" or "we") collect, use, disclose, process, and protect the information you provide us when
using our products and services. If we ask you for certain information to verify your identity when
using Ognee's platform to access products and services, we will strictly adhere to this privacy policy
and/or our terms and conditions to use this information.
This privacy policy was developed with your needs in mind; you fully understand our practices regarding
the collection and use of personal data and are confident that you can ultimately control the personal
information you provide to Ognee, which is crucial.
In this privacy policy, "personal information" refers to data that, when combined with other information
accessible to Ognee, can identify specific individuals.
By using Ognee's platform to access products and services, you acknowledge and accept all the terms
described in this privacy policy, including any changes we may make at any time. We promise to protect
the privacy, confidentiality, and security of your personal information in accordance with applicable
laws (including data protection laws in your jurisdiction). We also commit to ensuring that all our
employees and agents fulfill these obligations.
You warrant that you are an adult when you start using this product/service. If you are a minor, you must
ensure that your guardian has agreed to your use of this application and agreed to all the terms of this
agreement.

Collection of Information
In order to provide you with our services, we may request personal information necessary to deliver the

Collection of Information
- •Account Registration Information - When you install Ognee on your phone, you need to
register or log in to an Ognee account on the app to use it. When you register an Ognee account, you
need to provide an email address and set an account password for registration and login. You can
modify your profile picture, nickname, and password through the "Personal Center." Additionally, you
can complete your personal information in the "Personal Center," including your baby's nickname,
gender, and birthday, which helps us provide more personalized services to you. When you cancel your
Ognee account, we will stop using and delete the above information or anonymize your personal
information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
- •Device-related Information - Information related to your smart devices, including
device name, device model, device ID, and device location (e.g., bedroom).
- •Facial Recognition Information - When you use facial recognition features in the
Xiaowan camera, we collect the facial photos you provide us, facial recognition features extracted
from the photos, face remarks you input, and the recognition results. If you do not provide us with
such information, you will be unable to use the facial recognition feature, but it will not affect
your use of other features. We take strict security measures to protect such information to ensure
your information's security. If you wish to delete such information, you can do so in Settings -
Facial Management.
- •Location Information - When you use location-based program services or features, we
may collect your geographic location information. For example, Wi-Fi access points and Bluetooth
information that can provide relevant locations.
- •Information collected by Cookies and other technologies - Ognee's website, online
services, interactive applications, email messages, and advertising promotions may use cookies and
other technologies like programming language tags and web page headers to collect and store your
information.
- •Log Information - When you access Ognee servers, our servers automatically record
certain log information. This server log information may include IP address, device ID information,
device version number, app version number, browser type, browser language, referer source page,
operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
- •Unique Identifier for Mobile Devices - When you first use and start the Ognee product
application, the unique identifier for the mobile device paired with the smart camera (including
device serial number, device MAC address, Android ID, IMEI, BSSID) and approximate geographic
location information.
- •Third-party Applications - Device MAC address, unique device identifiers, and mobile
app installation list information required by third-party applications. We only share necessary user
data with third parties for legitimate, lawful, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes and with
your explicit authorized consent to provide you with relevant services.
- •When you sync Ognee product data, your data will be transmitted from the server to
your mobile device.
Processing and Use of Information
- •Ognee will strictly comply with this Privacy Policy and the contents stated in its
updates to process and use your information. Your information will only be used for the purposes and
scope determined at the time of collection and with your consent. If there are any other purposes
beyond this, we will seek your consent in advance. We may use your personal information for the
following purposes:
- •The information we collect may be used to provide you with Ognee's products and
services, process your orders, or fulfill contracts between you and Ognee to ensure the
functionality and security of our products and services, verify your identity, and prevent and
investigate fraud or other improper use.
- •The information we collect may be used for the development of our products and
services, although in general, we only use aggregated and statistical information for this purpose.
- •The information we collect may be used to communicate with you, such as sending
notifications to you at the first time of updates or releases of Ognee products or services.
- •The information we collect may be used for the personalized design of products and to
provide you with more tailored services, such as displaying content tailored specifically for you in
our services.
- For more detailed information on how we use your information (which may include personal
information), below are more details:
- •Creating your Ognee account: Personal information collected when creating an Ognee
account through a mobile device is used to establish the user's personal Ognee account and profile
page.
- •Providing Ognee login connection services: Information collected (device-related
information, including device number, MAC address, device type, system and performance information,
and location information such as mobile country code, mobile network code, and location area code)
is used to activate Ognee services for user authentication and service activation.
- •Binding devices and syncing data: To synchronize data, allow devices to receive
instructions, and upload data to the server (only applicable to some features/services), we collect
account information, device-related information, and network information.
- •Providing location-based services: When using Ognee, we may use location information
to provide you with the correct version of services and provide accurate location for the best user
experience, such as wifi information. You can enter device settings at any time or stop using this
application to disable this feature.
- •Providing push services: The device sends notifications based on trigger events, such
as detecting cries, to push notifications to the phone. For this, we collect your push setting
information, Ognee account information, device MAC address, and device serial number. You can turn
off push notifications in settings.
- •Face recognition: You can choose to enable or disable face recognition in the Xiaowan
camera settings. When enabled, the Xiaowan camera compares faces detected by extracting facial
features to determine if the face has been noted and recorded. Face recognition comparison is done
locally on the device, and detected faces are not uploaded to the server, ensuring the security and
reliability of your recording information. If you do not use this feature, you can disable it in
settings and delete facial information in face management.
How users can choose whether to provide information
Each individual has different concerns about privacy, and based on this, we will clearly indicate how we
collect information so that you can choose how you prefer to receive information.
- •You can modify the location settings of your device from the device settings, for
example: change or disable location methods or location servers, or modify the accuracy of your
location information, thereby changing the location information provided to Ognee.
- •You can adjust your browser settings as needed to refuse or accept cookie storage, and
you can also delete them from your storage device at any time or be notified when cookies are being
written.
Reviewing and updating information
By logging into your account, you can view and update your information, delete some information, or
request that we delete your personal account, unless we are required by law to retain this information.
Whenever you use our services, we strive to enable you to view and review your information. If this
information is incorrect, we will make every effort to quickly update or delete the information through
various means (unless we are required by law to retain this information). When updating your personal
information, we may ask you to verify your identity first before processing your request.
We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, pose risks to the privacy of others, or are
highly impractical. Requests that do not comply with regulatory requirements may also be refused.
As long as it does not require excessive effort, we provide free access for you to view, review, and
modify information. We strive to maintain and improve our services to protect information from
accidental or malicious destruction. Therefore, after you delete information from our services, we may
not immediately delete residual copies of this information from servers that are in operation or
running, and we may not delete corresponding information from backup systems.

information confidential and will not share your information with third parties. By agreeing to this,
you authorize us to provide or transfer your information to third parties in the following circumstances
without obtaining your consent again:

processing, infrastructure supply, IT services, customer support services, email delivery services,

information to our related companies or other trusted companies or individuals on our behalf to
provide the above services. We require all parties mentioned above to agree to handle this

applicable confidentiality and security measures.

processes, disclosing your personal information to subsidiaries or other third parties, subject to
the requirement that all information collected by us will continue to be transferred in accordance

applications, we may access software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties to achieve
related purposes. We conduct strict security monitoring on the software development kits (SDKs) used
by our partners to obtain information, in order to protect data security. The related third-party
SDKs accessed by Ognee are listed below, and we recommend that you carefully read and understand the

Information Security
We strive to provide protection for Ognee users to prevent unauthorized browsing, access, alteration,
disclosure, or destruction of the information we store. To achieve this, we have taken the following
measures:
- We use SSL encryption for many services.
- We review practices related to information collection, storage, and processing (including physical
security measures) to avoid unauthorized access, access, and malicious attacks on various systems.
- We only allow Ognee employees who need to know this information to assist us in processing information
to view and inspect personal information. They are required to fulfill strict contractual
confidentiality obligations, and failure to fulfill these obligations may result in legal liability or
termination of their relationship with Ognee.
- When taking screenshots and recording operations on Android 11, we need to obtain "all file access
permissions." We only save and delete recorded videos and screenshot photos with permission, without
manipulating other files.
For us, the security of your information is of utmost importance. Therefore, we will continue to work
hard to ensure the security of your information and implement measures such as secure encryption for
storage and transmission to prevent unauthorized browsing, viewing, use, or disclosure of your
information. At the same time, specific content of encrypted data is only accessible to the user, and no
one else has the right to view it.
Scope of Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy does not apply to third-party products and/or services. Ognee products and services
may contain third-party products and services, and when you use third-party products or accept
third-party services, they may obtain your information. Therefore, we remind you to carefully read the
privacy policy of third parties.
Additionally, this privacy policy does not apply to the collection of information from external websites
after you click on a link.
Collection and Use of Information from Minors
Minors should use Ognee products or services under the permission and guidance of their legal guardians.
Ognee will not knowingly collect personal information from minors, nor will it disclose their personal
information to any third party. Legal guardians have the right to refuse Ognee and its affiliated
companies from further collecting information from minors or to request Ognee and its affiliated
companies to delete such information. If we discover that we have collected information from minors
without the consent of their legal guardians, we will take measures to promptly delete such information.
Revision of this Privacy Policy
This privacy policy allows for adjustments, and without your explicit consent, we will not diminish the
rights you are entitled to under this privacy policy, unless we notify you via the email address you
provided or publish a notice on the website.

The following outlines specific privacy practices for certain Ognee products and services that you may
use.
When using the ognee account services products, services, and websites (collectively referred to as
"ognee account services"), the terms in this Privacy Policy will also apply.
Ognee Corporation is the provider of ognee account services. Once you log into your ognee account, we
will collect your email address, mobile user identification information, and unique mobile device
identifiers.
Furthermore, you agree that for the purpose of providing you with this service and related features,
Ognee Corporation may collect, use, transmit, process, maintain, and utilize information related to your
account, as well as information related to any devices or computers registered under your account. The
information collected by Ognee Corporation when you use this service may also include technical,
statistical, or diagnostic information that Ognee Corporation may use to support, improve, and enhance
Ognee Corporation's products and services based on your usage.
You can revoke this consent at any time by simply not using the Ognee account feature and logging out of
your Ognee account on your devices and computers.
